Tried and Tested Tips on Loosing Weight

Diet:
1> GM diet

I have lost around 3.5 -4 kgs per week using this diet.

2> Juices/Soup and Salad diet:
Tried this diet for a month .Lost around 5+kgs but significant inches also. The weight lost by this was not gained back by me til date. i.e 2yrs till now.




But be careful not to fall sock while doing this coz immunity of ur body is reduced.
If u wish to do this,take care not to have any cravings at any point of time.stuff ur hunger with juices salad without noticing the quantity.

WorkOuts:
1>Tried gyming several times..i can be very regular for a period of 2.5 to 3 months at max then start bunking :)
Have hired personal trainers spent n amt rupees.. result is seen but once irregularity begins all in vain!!

2>Recently tried a mix of aerobics yoga and calisthenics.Works wonder... body tones beautifully.
Calisthenics--> this is a combination of sit ups..lunges pushups etc..




3>Surya Namaskar is the best thing to try if people have no time to follow a regime..
It tones each and every part of your body and works wonders if done perfectly.
Yes doing it the right way is the most imp key for surya namaskar!

Additional Tips:
Drinking lukewarm water every time will also help reducing the fat content of your body.
Honey Lime with lukewarm water to start your day is the best.
2 almonds is a must for energy and skin :)

Following any regime ,3 things to take care of are:
  • Eat on time
  • Rest on time
  • Any form of exercise at least 30 min a day.


Timings are very imp .If you dont get proper rest , dont eat right on the right time, you wont get any energy to perform any sort of exercise or workouts.
